2018 Volunteer Background Check Process

AS YOU REGISTER YOUR PLAYER(S), YOU CAN ALSO SIGN UP TO BE A VOLUNTEER (MANAGER, ASST. COACH, TEAM HELPER).  EACH VOLUNTEER WILL GO THROUGH A BACKGROUND CHECK SO PLEASE COMPLETE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION IN THAT SECTION.

THE BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS HAS CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS.  LITTLE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL HAS CHANGED THEIR VENDOR (J.D. Palantine;https://www.jdp.com/) FOR THIS PROCESS AND IT MEETS RHLL’S STRICT GUIDELINES FOR THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.  THIS HAS ALLOWED US TO UTILIZE THE SAME VENDOR AND SAVE VOLUNTEERS THE COST OF PAYING FOR THE BACKGROUND CHECK THEMSELVES.

IF YOU DECIDE TO SIGN UP TO BE A VOLUNTEER AT A LATER DATE AFTER YOU REGISTER YOUR PLAYER(S), SIMPLY JUST LOG BACK IN AND CLICK ON THE VOLUNTEER TAB ON THE PANEL ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE WEB PAGE.

2018 Concussion Training

State Law requires that all volunteers have Concussion Training. Anyone that does not already have their certificate on file with RHLL must watch a 30 minute video. At the conclusion you print out the certificate (you enter your name at the beginning of the video) and email it to RHLL. If you are unsure if your certificate is on file or if you need to submit your certificate for the first time; please email: Cheryl Rasmussen (cherieras@aol.com)

Here is the web site to go to to view the Concussion training video
